Just incase people are wondering what HTML (Hype Text Markup Language, the (X) means XML based) and CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) was meaning.

An markup language means that it will have tags that are then associated with a task, within HTML the tag <p> means to display a paragraph of text. e.g.
<p>
This is a paragraph
</p>

And within the CSS, the style sheet displays the page according the styles and if there are any styles with the same name, e.g. bodystyle, then the last occurrence of the style is used.
